A Training for Program Managers to Create Thriving Work Environments for the Startups in their Programs
About The Program
Thriving Together, part of the Entrepreneurship Opportunities Network (EON), aims to deepen wellbeing and engagement within Innovation Support Organizations (ISOs) in Lebanon, benefiting both the organizations and the communities they serve.
Participants will gain the expertise to facilitate and support continuous growth and development within their organizations by leveraging cutting-edge tools, including AI integrations. The training of trainers’ core focus is cultivating purpose-driven work, self-awareness, effective communication, collaboration, resilience, and personal growth – essential skills for thriving in today’s hybrid work environments.
EON is a program of the From Innovation to Creation project funded by the European Union in collaboration with Bloom and SPARK.

Thriving Together EON Program
The program starts on, and includes:
- Pre-workshop assessments
- A series of 2-hour participatory online workshops reviewing challenges, priorities, and goals, & setting action plans … & direct focused adaptive learning during the workshop.
- Self-guided implementation 40-minute 1-on-1 coaching session for up to 5 people in each ISO Post-workshop assessments.

Organizers
SPARK is an international non-governmental development organization active in 14 regions throughout the Middle East, North, and Sub-Saharan Africa. For over 25 years, SPARK has been creating pathways for young people to rebuild their futures. SPARK provides opportunities for youth, particularly women and refugees, to study, work and grow their own businesses in fragile communities by providing higher (vocational) education scholarships, entrepreneurship development, and SME support.
Bloom has supported entrepreneurship programs in the EuroMENA region for over 14 years and online and hybrid online &offline programs for 6 years, continually innovating our methods and tools to improve the learning experience for the participants, the growth of the enterprises, and our collective impact on our communities.
