What commitment is expected?

  • For steady progress on your adaptation efforts, we recommend each team member set aside about 3–5 hours per week.
  • Weekly 1-hour Zoom workshops plus preparation time
  • Completion of platform questionnaires for benchmarking
  • Alignment with core organizational priorities
  • Optional 30-minute mentoring sessions

She is a social entrepreneur and founder of AMS. She supports nonprofits with branding, advocacy, and fundraising; co-designs accelerators across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East; and has trained 100+ impact leaders. She is a Chartered PR professional, life coach, and charity trustee.

She is a social entrepreneur and researcher. She is the Founder & Executive Director of Na'amal, linking displaced people with remote work, and serves as co-director of CSCS and a consultant at the International Labour Organization.

David Munir Nabti - Bloom

He is the co-founder & CEO of Bloom.pm. With 25 years in social impact, he has built coworking spaces, innovation hubs, and social entrepreneurship programs in the Euro-MENA region. A UC Berkeley graduate, he develops data-driven accelerator programs for nonprofits.

Co-Founder & Head of Research at Bloom.pm, creating evidence-based curricula and leading entrepreneurship education research. As an innovation consultant and speaker, he’s worked with the UN International Trade Centre and maker networks to empower social enterprises.
