Support for your business

The EON (Entrepreneurship Opportunities Network) program aims to increase the competitiveness, internationalization, and financial resilience of early-stage social enterprises in Lebanon through:

01  an Accelerator track for 10 early-stage social enterprises in Lebanon that will receive technical, financial, and mentorship support.

02 a Mentorship track for 30 enterprises in Lebanon that are not receiving grants that will receive technical, and mentorship support.

EON is a program of the From Innovation to Creation project funded by the European Union in collaboration with Bloom and SPARK.

How it works

Shortlisting
Shortlisted businesses will go through a two-week sprint
Selection
10 teams will be selected for the Accelerator and 30 teams will be selected for the Mentorship

Eligibility

Your enterprise is based in Lebanon
Your enterprise has been operating for at least three years and already generates revenues
Your enterprise is designed to be sustainable and economically viable
Your enterprise has a social element / generates a positive social impact
You have the potential to sustain your enterprise without the program’s long-term support
You have more than one person in the team, with at least two members working full-time in the enterprise

WHAT YOU'LL GET

Through the accelerator track:

Funding to support an essential aspect of the business could improve growth and sustainability.
Each enterprise will get a $4,000 grant to support the enterprise’s needs and potential impact.
Training, mentorship, and other support during the three-month accelerator program.
Lifetime access to Bloom’s resources and EONs network of entrepreneurs, including mentors, investors, alumni, and staff
Other perks (discounts or free access to online tools, etc), benefits, and opportunities

SPARK

SPARK is an international non-governmental development organization active in 14 regions throughout the Middle East, North, and Sub-Saharan Africa. For over 25 years, SPARK has been creating pathways for young people to rebuild their futures. SPARK provides opportunities for youth, particularly women and refugees, to study, work and grow their own businesses in fragile communities by providing higher (vocational) education scholarships, entrepreneurship development, and SME support.

Bloom has supported entrepreneurship programs in the EuroMENA region for over 14 years and online and hybrid online+offline programs for 6 years, continually innovating our methods and tools to improve the learning experience for the participants, the growth of the enterprises, and our collective impact on our communities.
