Source: Agonista

Agonista, one of Bloom's esteemed alumni, is making significant strides in fostering inclusivity within the hospitality industry through a new partnership with the Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) and Semeurs d’Avenir. This collaboration aims to enhance the integration of trainees from IECD’s hospitality short training programs, focusing particularly on individuals with disabilities.

The partnership will see comprehensive training initiatives rolled out at Agonista Café Zalka and Agonista Kitchen. This initiative will provide valuable real-world training opportunities for individuals with disabilities, enhancing their skills and improving their employability. The collaboration aims not only to create new job opportunities but also to contribute to building a more inclusive society by emphasizing diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

This partnership highlights Agonista's dedication to social responsibility and inclusivity, aligning with their mission to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting initiative and the positive impact it will have on the community.
