This participatory discussion & working group session will explore specific challenges and solutions to increase financial access and support for green enterprises in Africa. Through focused discussions and breakout sessions, we aim to discussion solutions, foster collaboration, and drive impactful change.

Green Catalyst Africa at the Fifth Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program (AAAP) Partnership Forum

Date: November 12, 2024, 5:30-8:30pm AZT (Baku, Azerbaijan time); 1:30-4:30pm GMT

Location: In Baku (COP29 Blue Zone, Africa Pavilion), with Livestreaming & Online Discussion & Networking (Zoom link provided to registrants)

The 5th Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program (AAAP) Partnership Forum will offer the platform to share results and lessons learned from the implementation of the AAAP and to tease out emerging frontiers in climate adaptation where resilience-building must be accelerated.


It is jointly organized by the African Union, the Government of Tanzania, the African Development Bank, and the Global Center on Adaptation. See event information here.


To support this effort, Bloom and Green Catalyst Africa are taking part in one of the sessions, plus organizing a complementary online networking and discussion session after the event to engage and connect participants worldwide. Join us to discuss progress, collaboration opportunities, meet potential partners, and explore how we can work together to support green growth in Africa and beyond.
