TWP+Bloom Short Wellbeing Demo Program 🙏🌻

Welcome to the TWP+Bloom Wellbeing Demo Program! 🙂

This will be a short 2-week program to help you reflect on some of your Wellbeing & Engagement priorities, plus also as a short demo of what we can potentially do together to run programs, collaborate to improve the assessments or content library, do impactful action-oriented research, or otherwise.

The entire time estimated for this program is ~1 hour:

  • Initial sign-up, assessment, and setting your priorities: 15-20 minutes
  • July 3 reflection and review call: 45 minutes (optional but encouraged)
  • Follow-on discussions in Geneva, and your own wellbeing activities: Optional but encouraged! 🙂

This short program will focus on Wellbeing & Engagement using the PERMAH framework, but there are some other guided reflection assessments that you can also do in this program (info below).

We welcome feedback at any stage, through this form or via email (dmn bloom.pm). We’d love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks! 🌻😊

Program Steps

See a video walkthrough of these 4 quick steps here.

1️⃣ Step 1: Click here to join the TWP+Bloom for Wellbeing Program on Bloom.

2️⃣ Step 2: Do the Wellbeing & Engagement (PERMAH) Assessment. You should be automatically there when you create your account with the link above, or otherwise click here to go there directly.

You can add other people to your team, just keep in mind that they and your program managers will see your assessment results and priorities. (You can create a separate private team if you want to reflect and work on things that you don’t want to share with others on your team or the program managers.)

3️⃣ Step 3: Check your results, and set your Wellbeing & Engagement Priorities.

4️⃣ Step 4: Click here to let us know if you can join the 45-minute review check-in call on July 3 (7pm Lebanon, 4pm GMT, noon North America East Coast EST). It’s optional but encouraged. For those who can’t make it, we can discuss in Geneva as well. After you register there we’ll add that to your calendar as well.

The check-in call will be fun, will help guide you towards progress in your priority areas for growth, plus we’ll show you how Bloom helps program managers, teachers, and institutions run programs that adapt to the needs of each cohort, team and individual.

That’s it! 🙂

Additional Optional Steps:

Step 5 (optional): Identify growth activities in your priority areas from Bloom’s Library of Activities, or create your own, and add them to your taskboard to help you track your progress and share with your program.

Step 6 (optional): Do the other assessments and set your priorities in those areas. We have more assessments on Bloom, but we only enabled Wellbeing & Engagement (PERMAH), Universal Skills, and the Inner Development Goals for this demo program. (Note, we haven’t linked the activities to the IDG priority areas yet.)

You can see a basic overview video of those optional items here.

And of course, have fun and please share your feedback with us! 🙂

Thank you!
