The Bloom assessments help you assess core areas of strengths and weaknesses, and then prioritize specific areas for growth.
To access and take the assessments, follow these steps:
1. Login to the Bloom platform.
2. Navigate to your team’s workspace
3. In the top menu, click on the “Growth” section, and then click on the “Take Assessment” blue button (on the top right corner).
4. Now you’ll see the list of assessments. Click on “Take Assessment” button next to the assessment you want to take.
