About The Program

Welcome to Thriving Together, an initiative under the Entrepreneurship Opportunities Network (EON). Our mission is to enhance wellbeing and engagement within your Innovation Support Organization (ISO) in Lebanon. By doing so, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change, benefiting both your organization and the communities you serve.

Through our program, your ISO will gain the expertise to facilitate and support continuous growth and development. We leverage cutting-edge tools, including AI integrations, to provide a comprehensive training experience. Our core focus is on cultivating purpose-driven work, self-awareness, effective communication, collaboration, resilience, and personal growth – essential skills for thriving in today’s hybrid work environments.

EON is a program of the From Innovation to Creation project funded by the European Union in collaboration with Bloom and SPARK.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for our program, your ISO must:

  • Support innovative enterprises in Lebanon. ISOs provide funding, resources, expertise, and networking opportunities to foster innovation and support the growth of innovative ventures. Examples include accelerators and incubators, university and training centers, and innovation hubs.
  • Be providing or looking to provide training, resources, advice, or support to entrepreneurs around innovation, wellbeing, and engagement.
  • Be operating in Lebanon.
  • Include at least one member of senior leadership in the participating team.

Benefits for Your ISO

By participating in our program, your ISO will gain:

  • Mentorship and Connections: Meet with and receive mentorship from potential strategic partners, potential customers, and your peers.
  • Advice: Access to a program manager and a mentor who will coach you 1:1 on building and/or improving wellbeing and engagement practices in your organization.
  • Continued Learning: Access to live and asynchronous sessions tailored to a virtual learning environment to help your organization identify growth opportunities.
  • Exposure: Exposure through EON’s first conference on Wellbeing and Engagement Strategies for Innovation in early September, including the opportunity to be a keynote speaker and participate in panel discussions.

Program Timeline

  • Public Launch and Applications Open: Friday, June 2, 2023
  • Open House Events: Wednesday, June 14, and June 21
  • Application Deadline: Monday, June 26
  • ISOs Notified of Selection: Monday, July 4
  • Program Start: July 11, 2023, including pre-workshop assessments, a series of 2-hour participatory online workshops, self-guided implementation, 40-minute 1-on-1 coaching session for up to 5 people in each ISO, and post-workshop assessments.
  • Learning Conference: End of September
