Energy Innovation Hub Lebanon 2025: Apply for Funding, Mentorship, and Lab Access
Bloom is supporting as a community partner to help founders in our network apply to the Energy Innovation Hub. The Hub is focused on startups that can drive Lebanon’s energy transition with practical solutions.

Energy Innovation Lab (EIL) is a flagship program advancing clean energy innovation in Lebanon. Funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP in partnership with NV Innovation Lebanon, EIL has already supported 21 startups and is now opening applications for the next cohort. The program provides staged support across incubation and acceleration phases. Selected teams receive hands-on mentorship from technical and business experts, access to labs and prototyping resources, capacity-building workshops, and founder coaching. EIL also offers up to 25,000 USD in non-dilutive grants to help startups prepare for market entry and investment.

Program Journey
- Six months · October 2025 to March 2026
- Onboarding and orientation: meet mentors, set goals, map your roadmap.
- Customer discovery and validation: user interviews and value prop refinement.
- Prototype development: build and iterate your MVP in the labs.
- Pilot testing and feedback: test in real world or controlled settings.
- Go to market strategy: finalize branding, pricing, and sales plans.
- Demo Day and graduation: pitch to investors and partners.
- Four months · May 2026 to August 2026
- Seven sprint journey: product tweaks, legal setup, buyer access, team building, pitch polish, financial prep, scaling plan.
- Up to 25K grant: five chosen startups get instant runway to fuel growth.
- Mentorship: legal clinics, sales workshops, investor rehearsals.
- Market access: live buyer meetings, letters of intent, and a Demo Day spotlight.
- Outcome: investment ready, legally solid, customer validated startups with a clear path to scale.
