About the Program

The SF Bay Area and wider Bay-Delta Bioregion hold extraordinary potential to lead the world in regenerative business innovation. Yet many mission-driven businesses face challenges scaling their impact while maintaining their values and achieving sustainable profitability.

This one-month intensive program is designed for regenerative businesses already generating revenue who are ready to unlock their next level of growth. Grounded in Doughnut Economics principles, we help businesses tackle their biggest challenges while building sustainable, values-aligned growth strategies.

Our Approach: We start with a comprehensive diagnostic to identify what might be blocking your business growth, then provide tailored support to address your top priority challenge. Whether it's scaling operations, accessing funding, refining your business model, or strengthening your impact measurement, we'll help you break through barriers.

Measuring Success

  • Business Impact: Tangible progress on each business's key challenge and measurable advancement toward sustainable profitability
  • Revenue Growth: Values-aligned revenue growth strategies that strengthen rather than compromise regenerative principles
  • Community Impact: Enhanced positive impact on communities and ecosystems through strengthened business operations

Program Investment

The program is completely free to join. After your first 30 days, we'll have a mutual selection process where you'll have the option to continue receiving tailored organizational development and fundraising support. If you choose to opt in, a 2% success fee applies to any new funding that we help you secure within 12 months of completing the program and mentorship support.

🗓️ Important: Applications are open until October 17, 2025 (final day of Global Doughnut Days). Register now to receive your application form!
