How to Add Material to the Bloom App Library?
Adding Learning Content to the Library
- Log in to the Bloom App and navigate to your Workspace.
- Click on the “Library” button (located next to Taskboard, Growth).
- Click on the “Create Activity” button on the right side of the page.
- Fill in the required information in the corresponding fields following the guidelines below.
The goal of each field and tag is to make the content as accessible and appealing as possible to entrepreneurs and those interested in entrepreneurship, guiding them to the resources most relevant and beneficial to their journey.
Title
Choose a concise, attention-grabbing title that clearly reflects the essence of the content. The title should include the activity type and its emoji, as in the below list and examples:
- Video: Title of Video
- Reading: Title of Reading
- Book: Title of Book
- Module: Title of Module
- Training Activity: Title of Training Activity
- Movie: Title of Movie
- Song: Title of Song (singer name)
- Online Course: Title of Online Course
- Podcast: Title of Podcast
- Habit: Title of Habit
- Quote: Title of Quote
Some examples of activity titles:
- Video: How Boredom Can Lead To Your Most Brilliant Ideas
- Module: Customer Discovery and Validation
- Book: Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
Short Description
The short description should briefly describe the activity content in less than 140 characters.
Categories
Select relevant categories that best classify the content, aiding in its discovery by users interested in specific topics.
Labels
Tag the content with labels that describe the following categories:
- Organization Type: Business structure or sector category.
- Organization Stage: Current phase of business growth.
- Activity Recipes: Broad purpose category.
- Activity Duration: Time needed to complete activity.
- Activity Type: Nature or category of the activity.
Image
Add an compelling image that best represents the content.
Full Description
Refer to the table below for detailed guidance on writing a full description according to activity resource type while keeping in mind the following principles:
- Start with the end in mind, describe the goal and outcome
- Have an outline or a series of steps describing what follows
- Use a bold heading 2 for subsection titles
- Use sunflower emojis for the bullet points
- Use positive and encouraging language
- Collaborative (doing together environments)
- Holistic (combination of “personal/professional” when possible
- Reflective (learning by doing and thinking) / time and space for reflection

Headline: Create a compelling headline that indicates the value of the content to the entrepreneur.
Opening Sentence: Start with an engaging sentence summarizing the content’s key takeaway or unique value proposition.
2. Be Clear and Concise:
Simplicity: Use simple, straightforward language that is easy to understand.
Brevity: Keep descriptions concise but informative enough to convey the essence of the content.
3. Highlight Key Benefits:
Practical Benefits: Explain how the content will help solve a problem, improve skills, or provide essential knowledge.
Unique Insights: Mention any unique insights, data, or case studies included that cannot be found elsewhere.
B. Understand Your Audience:
Identify Pain Points: Consider the challenges and pain points entrepreneurs face, such as fundraising, scaling a business, team management, product development, and navigating market trends.
Current Trends and Needs: Stay informed about the latest trends in technology, business models, leadership, and innovation that entrepreneurs are interested in.
C. Types of Content Entrepreneurs Value:
